Maritz dark (unrevealed photo) audit assign issues

I have done these the past 2 years and noticed they are now bonused. I tried to accept them and it comes back saying "The shop(s) you selected are
not eligible to be awarded
at this time. MaritzCX will
review your request and will
contact you if more information
is needed." I tried last night and again now thinking maybe last night someone else was trying to accept them at the same time and that was the reason for that reply. Anyone else encounter this? There are 2 routes I would like to do; sure wish I could do them before daylight savings but at this point won't be able to IF I do get them assigned. I won't be as willing to do at the current pay if I can't start until 7:30 pm!

You should try calling them.

You may be receiving that message because you have maxxed out your shop quota. That's what happened to me. I ended up selecting a smaller number of shops and I was able to assign. I think that the employees may be able to override the quota, though.

I think Karen is right. I don't remeber the details, but something similar happened to me.

I tried selecting just one store and it still didn't allow it. They called me and assigned everything i requested. (14) I didn't ask why it was giving that message.

This is normal if you are adding money to the shop. They have been getting back with me by phone with a counter offer or telling me they have accepted the amount I have asked for. I have seen it up to a week past the day I submitted for the job. I have been advised by the team to cut an paste what you have summited on so you know what shop and amount you are bidding on. They are also referring to Buddle number That I can not find. Also their system with the new improvements is making it hard to self assign. As the person stated above CALL them and talk to them about it. I have also been told to do this if I have entered a route or routes so the supaversers can look at it ASAP and give approve

1. As I stated, they called me. If I wanted the shops that terribly yes, I would have called versus posting the question here.
2. I wasn't asking for extra $.

Do any of you do these as a route? I’m curious how you manage to hit the locations while they are both still open and dark out. The ones I still see on the board are in the sticks where stores close in the evening.
