I had payment problems with this company, they are in Hamilton, Ontario Canada, I finally received my payment which I had done alot of shopping for them, there payment time is 6-8 weeks after the period ending date, not necessarily the date in which you did the shop. I was going to take them to litigation if they didn't come through with the money.

This is where it makes sense to look at the payment cycle for any company you are signing up with. Service Sleuth, for example, states a long cycle and generally any payment within 90 days is 'within their cycle'.

They had gone way beyond the 90 day cycle with my payments and didn't have a reason for non payment that was the biggest issue with them.

Yup, having to follow up for late payments, short payments etc. is a good reason to avoid working with a company. I am fairly confident that there are particular companies out there who deliberately make you ask for payment because they figure that 'silly little shoppers' will forget that they did the job and are owed money.

I worked for them last July and still haven't been paid. They don't answer my e-mails and I can't find any other contact for them.
