I started shopping for them about a year ago. It's been smooth sailing until now. I got very suspicious when I received an email from an IntelliIshop employee weeks after a shop, asking for the same pictures I'd submitted when I submitted my initial report. The request was without explanation. I sent the photos again via email attachment, as requested. Lately, it seems that they are trying to find trivial reasons to invalidate shops. Has anyone else been experiencing this? I am not one of those shoppers who claims I should get paid if I've messed up a shop. If I've done so, I bite the bullet and move on. I would like to hear other opinions, so I can decide whether or not to drop this company.
Try not to think about it too much. You have to remember, IntelliShop themselves are YOUR clients. It's a good reason to have a decent data retention for your mystery shopping work, in case any of the companies ask you for additional information. Data storage is cheap and affordable these days, so I see no issue in being a hoarder and archiving your work. All of your reasons such as your speculation on 'trivial reasons to invalidate shops' is just that... Speculation. My opinion is that this is a business and if they're asking information from you and you see no worry about any fraudulent data, chances are, there won't be any issues with your work.

Has anyone EVER had any luck getting help when they have an issue with a shop from IntelliShop? I never hear back from anyone. I can't submit my shop because of an issue with their phone system.
Yes. In fact, some of their 'Field Service Coordinators' typically have responded in a timely manner and sometimes engage in small talk with me from time to time.
