Application for shop due this week sitting for days - Sentry Marketing

Hello, I have seen others report this and the company responded it did not happen. Well it is happening to me this week. Applied for a shop a couple of days ago. The last day is tomorrow.

The listed due date is likely not the actual due date for the MSC. It could be that the company is looking for a different demographic of shopper than you. You can certainly email the scheduler and send a professional inquiry. Or, you can simply shrug your shoulders, cancel the application and pick up a different shop.

I just completed one yesterday, I will keep an eye on it to see what happens, thanks for the heads up. I had to travel almost 300 miles total by the time I finished all the other Shops along the way so it would "add up okay" for me in the end. I'd not be a very happy Shopper to discover they "didn't get it" even though I had the report completed and turned in within two hours. smiling smiley

I may have misunderstood sitow's post, but I don't believe his post had anything to do with how quickly a report was edited or whether Sentry got the report. I believed that his post meant he applied for a shop and has not been assigned and he is wondering why it is still on the board when he applied for it. If you were assigned a shop and you completed the report, I think you don't need to worry about Sentry getting and editing your report.
To cover yourself, always take a a photo of your completed successfully message, with the time and date visible on your screen, then email the scheduler that you have submitted it immediately. Noting that if there are any problems, questions or further information need to finalize this report contact me immediately at ...........!!
It may have to do with reaching quotas, busy staff, a non-priority market, preparation for an extension, and also lack of qualifications.
I had an application sitting for another MSC since the beginning of February. I deleted it yesterday, not sure why the scheduler didn't when she found a shopper but it's ok.
roflwofl, you did not misunderstand. Wendy, Allforthesmoney, the OP applied for a shop that is due this week that has not been assigned. Not the same thing as submitting a shop and worrying if it was accepted and edited.
I have applications "hanging" with Coyle, this is very common with them. Also with Bare and Mercantile.

I also get this with many MSCs I have little or no history with.

As has been historically advised here, keep track of unassigned apps, cancel them if you cannot commit if assigned at the last second. Many MSCs leave apps open as backups.

My posts are solely based on my opinions and for my entertainment, contact a professional if you need real advice.
