Measure CP Payment

Has anyone been paid for their February shops? They sent emails to shoppers saying that pay would be delayed a few days. It has been over a week. I haven't received a reply to my emails.

It's amazing, the schedulers get so bent out of shape to get the shops done in a timely manner, but the company can't pay the shoppers when they say they will.

I was paid via my PayPal account on March 19th.

They paid me by paypal and paid for each assignment in separate payments.

Interesting. I did one shop for them and I'm getting the runaround on my payment.

I looked and those payments were for shops I completed in February. Maybe they are having problems with a specific client's payments. I did the food shops.
You didn't have to post all that. I believe you. Mine was for a tax shop and the payment was close to $300.

I reached out to the scheduler. I was paid in 30 minutes.

The bad part about waiting this long to get payment is that I had time to think about how I would spend it. Instead of getting something useless, I'm paying a bill.

I missing payment from a February shop.... My scheduler's email got sent back to me. Who should I contact???
Hey. Has KSS always scheduled for Measure Consumer Perspectives? If so, well, somehow I missed that. Signed up for a shop and the notification came from KSS.
I was able to contact a different scheduler... but now she's not responding to my emails.... Ugh. This feels very sketchy.
My shop was scheduled through Lori of Kern Scheduling (KSS). The MCP company schedulers were MIA real fast.

I too am waiting for a payment from March. It was a restaurant shop. I thought I saw somewhere that they pay the middle of the following the shop. Anyone heard anything?
See if Kern Scheduling can help, even if they did not schedule the shop for you.

I finally emailed them early yesterday. No response so far. This has been going on for five months now. I really believe they are having a cash flow problem and it's not all "the new accounting system." I'm wary about taking additional shops.
@whiterosie That's what they told me yesterday too. They switched over to a new system. I'm hoping to hear back from them soon. The scheduler CC'd another person on communication and I got radio silence from him.
I called and emailed that there is no place for 4 photos, only two. Its been a week since the shops were done. Ive spent more time trying to resolve than doing the shop
"We launched 3 big projects in February, to the tune of huge outputs of money to shoppers. (As in around 200k). We are awaiting payment from the client. I know it's not ideal, but needless to say, that kind of cash output is hard on a small business!"

Do they consider the hardships that it puts on their shoppers?
