Measure CP Payment

My last shops for Measure CP were done in early March and I received the payment in early May with an apology. This company has always paid me, and I would be happy to do more shops for them.

Hi everyone. If anyone has any shops not paid for please email me the info at KSSPete@kernscheduling.com so I can forward the request over for Measure to check it out. Thank you!
Those who are seeing a payment in process or pending must be on the Sassie site. My shop was on Shopmetrics so I am curious who hasn't been paid for work on that platform.

I was finally paid for my April shops yesterday. Yay! However, I do need to vent.!!.. did a phone shop early March when they first partnered with KSS. It was posted In Sassie for $0 but I've done tons of these & knew it paid $5. I suspected it was a typo so I emailed Lorri & she said it was an error but would change it. I've been w/ MCP for many many many years & had no reason to believe it wouldn't get updated, so I did the shop before it was changed. Then didn't see it changed Couple weeks later. so Emailed Lorri again, no response, then again no response & again no response. so I reached out to my MCP contact who said she'd look into it. In the meantime I wasn't paid for my March shops so I was talking to them about that also. Then miraculously I was paid for my March shops on 5/9 however, not for the $0 one. So finally my MCP contact changed the rate a couple weeks ago but it was AFTER 5/9 when I was paid for the others. So Now it's showing up as it was paid on 5/9?! Crazy that silly little $5 phone shop how I still can't seem to get resolved!?! On a side note...I have to say the first couple months on Sassie/KSS were also a mess for me! The phone shops had missing shop instructions/info & wrong phone numbers etc. And NEVER a got responses from lori at KSS even though her name was listed as the contact person in the "contact us" part of shop form. I had a bunch of shops I did that got cancelled AFTER I completed them or I was working on them. They were auto-cancelled bc of due dates however, I sent MANY many emails of why there were delays. They were issues I mentioned above in addition to a few locations not being open on the day it was assigned...sigh... but I was diligently following the rules of "contacting" them with questions/issues, yet never a response. As a result I ended up not getting paid for 3 shops I completed. I gave up on those bc I didn't get anywhere w/ anyone to resolve it. Now that Pete is handling MCP things seem to be calming down. I'm just SOL on the cancelled shops. That's fine tho & water under the bridge now. I just think I should get paid for the $0 shop bc I was told the rate would be changed. I can't imagine why this is so difficult?! I've spent more time trying to get it paid than I did on the shop! It's only $5 but It IS work that I did so I should get paid, right?! Sorry for the Looooomnngg message but I Just needed to get it all off my chest where ppl understand what I'm talking about. i did receive a LOVELY message from Robin apologizing which I thought was very nice. I'm hoping all the growing pains are calming down now bc I do love working with MCP. Just not so sure about this whole Sassie/KSS thing only based solely on my experience. THANKS for listening!!!!

Mine also showed up as $0 fee and $20 bonus. I thought it was very strange as I'd never seen the pay shown like that. Mine were also KSS/Sassie instead of Shopmetrics that I haven't been paid for.

I just checked, it says payment pending this morning.
Ah, how long after "payment pending" appears until we can expect the payment to actually arrive?

My April shop was also on Shopmetrics and I still haven't been paid as well. I didn't even realize they used two platforms. Are they migrating over to Sassie for the future?

I am still owed for last month as well. I have called and emailed and heard nothing back.

People seem to be having success contacting Pete. His info is listed above. I called and emailed Measure several times, with no response.
@Snoqueen1 - I did respond to every email you sent and even copied everyone at Measure CP on the emails, so they know that I responded as well. The problem is, you have hotmail as your email server and hotmail blocks 90% of the emails from the kernscheduling.com domain as spam, so you will ONLY get emails sent through the Sassie system and not emails directly from me.

If you update your email to a more modern provider (like gmail, for example) you would get my (and Pete's) responses to your emails.

Here was the response I sent you about the calls that were removed, that you claimed you had done. If you do the shops in the system, the calls will be recorded on Vocazilla in Sassie.

"There was NO recorded call in any of these shops when I looked at them. I checked before removing them. WE cannot accept shops with calls that weren't recorded in our system. Also, please note that they must be submitted within 12 hours of shop completion or they are invalid."

As far as the shop that had $0 in pay, I forwarded that one to Robin and Kimberly and asked them to correct it. Unfortunately, I am unable to alter shops once they are finalized and sent for payment.. that has to be done by someone at MCP.

I'm happy to talk to you more offline if you'd like to email me from a non-hotmail email address.

Thank you.
Thank you, Lorri, for responding to that shopper.

But I want to say that I have used Hotmail since 1995 (I think it's now called Outlook), and I always get Pete's e-mails directly to my inbox.
Outlook is what Hotmail evolved into. Hotmail accounts still work but when you sign up with Microsoft, you go through Outlook.com.
I had a hotmail account for a hot minute. I didn't know they were even an option any more.

It's not anymore, but those of us who had one before they changed over to Outlook still have our accounts but the platform is Outlook.

That's no fair. The minute I had one it was cold! :/

I receive many personal responses from Pete at KSS and other KSS Schedulers and did get personal response emails from you Lorri. Plus I do check my spam folder always. Regardless, i said I'm not concerned about some of those shops your referring to that were removed, Im referring to shops that did have calls attached & had other issues like the phone number listed for the clinic was not correct, the clinic was not open on the day assigned (which I couldn't have found out if I hadn't called & heard their message). The doctor info missing from guidelines call I had been trying to get info about what to do. This was at the VERY beginning when KSS started scheduling for MCP so I just chalked it up to growing pains. I sent emails thru Shopper contact form and personal emails. A few were removed by Pete and a few from Lorri. I received a response from Pete personally saying the reason I didn't hear from you is bc you were out of town. The $0 Shopper pay I sent to u personally & received your response saying you'd change it BEFORE I did the
shop. When I noticed it was not changed weeks later I emailed robin directly. I finally got them to change it but it was after I was paid on 5/9 for the other shops so now it's showing it was paid when I wasn't. I know this is in MeasureCP's hands now I was just venting about the other issues I mentioned above. This whole pay situation has been a mess. I'm waiting to hear from MCP about the $0. I receive all personal responses from KSS & I've never had issues with that. The other 3 shops I wasn't paid for is water under the bridge & ive let those go. Thank you for addressing the issue here on this board.

You can still create new hotmail accounts.

I have been a shopper for 20 years and rarely post to Volition, but I want to inform you of a recent experience.

On March 31, 2018, I performed an evaluation of a restaurant within a hotel for Measure Consumer Perspectives. I received a rating of "10 Great Report".

On May 31, 2018, I called the company to ask when I would receive reimbursement. No response.
On June 1, 2018, I called the company to ask when I would receive reimbursement. No response.
On June 4, 2018, I called the company to ask when I would receive reimbursement. No response.
On June 7, 2018, I called the company and asked for a manager. Brad was unavailable. No response.
On June 8, 2018, I asked for Brad (the manager). He was unavailable and no other management personnel could take my call.

Each call was answered by a professional operator who "understood" my frustration and disappointment. Each time I called, I was told I would get a call back. Unfortunately, I have never spoken to anyone in a position to explain the non-payment issue.

All I wanted was an explanation as to WHY I had not received payment, as well as WHEN I would be reimbursed.

Do you think mystery shopping companies should be shopped?
Hi Brenda,

Welcome to the forum! You will get paid. The owner posted an explanation of what is going on with the company a few pages back. Be patient.

Thanks HonnyBrown,

Thank you for the info. I went back a few pages and read the company posting. Yes, I am sorry for the company woes, but there is simply no excuse for the lack of communication. If I had been told (phone call - email - text) I would have understood. At this point, I am sorry for my financial woes. I performed a shop, submitted it on time and received a wonderful rating. But I have bills to pay and expenses that need attention. No one should have to beg for a payment mid June for a job completed in March.
Brenda, I do understand. Try reaching out to Pete at Kern Scheduling. He may be able to help you. His email is posted on the previous page.
