I have a quick announcement from the Faith Perceptions team. As of today, we have fully merged with our parent company, Hendrickson Business Advisors. HBA has always been our parent company, but now in an effort to provide more mystery shopping opportunities to our shoppers, we have decided to merge the two brands and operate fully under Hendrickson Business Advisors. If you have done a church shop for us before, you may have noticed that HBA is who issued your payment. We’ll be phasing out the Faith Perceptions name, but we still look forward to providing the best service we can to our shoppers. I logged on to my Faith Perceptions account and it worked, and showed the new name. So I think all is good, at least if you were originally signed up with FP.

I signed up with this company last night. I'm not sure if they have any visits in my area but I"ll wait and see if anything comes up. I have one concern though. About an hour after I finished registering, I received a robocall about a prayer line from an area code in my state. I have never received a robocall of this type before. Does anyone know if it is possible that my information was shared with whoever made this robocall? I would hate to think this was possible, but it seems like quite a coincidence if they aren't related. Has anyone else experienced this?

Never happened to me. They don’t share/sell shopper info. In fact, it is optional for you to leave your contact info during your church shops. You can choose not to if you don’t want the church to follow up.

I got an app for a Future shop. It was worded like they assign without telling you where and when. If so not cool.

I got an email to sign up. It asked for my location. And it specifically said DO NOT reply to the scheduler to ask any questions but be assigned as needed. That's not how I work. I need to know where before I say yes and if you do not allow a reply question that ends it for me. I also think in regards to a church many folks want to know the exact name of the church to confirm or decline for various personal reasons, former member possibly being one of them.
