BVA food delivery project

Has anyone else used BVA much? I just did 4 shops for them for a food delivery program. There was no pay, but just a full reimbursement of purchases. Each one of the four shops paid a little less (~$1 each time) than my reimbursement amount. I was told it was due to "the Euro exchange rate." Obviously, that is absurd even if true since they agreed to reimburse the purchase - not deducting a few percent for exchange rate variances or something else.

Just curious if I'm the only one who was annoyed by this. It wasn't enough to create a fuss, but I just have to be careful using them in the future.

Never heard of them before so I decided to apply. Took me a while to find the English version of their website. Weirdest MS application I have ever completed. Felt like I was applying for a full time job in France.
Merc is doing this exact same shop. They only reimburse $25 for delivery vs. $30 with BVA but there's none of this euro conversion nonsense.
BVA? Within 48 hours. Merc's reimbursement will be on its regular 45 day schedule I assume. Weirdly after getting a paypal for $8.90 for a "$10 shop" I then got a second one for less than 50 seconds a few days later.
