I drove 4 hours round trip for this. I told them to delete me. I was taken care of great and the ass did ask me the right questions to assess my buying needs but there was no way to answer correctly according to the multiple guess test.

Could you have picked the closest option, and then explained in a narrative how your experience differed from the option that you chose?

Care to disclose the client? Honestly that sounds like the New Balance report, which changes depending on how you answer previous questions. It sounds like you answered the original question of determining needs wrong. If you state they did determine your needs correctly those options would not appear at all and no further explanation would be required. They determined your needs. If they did not, you answer no, and those are the options that come up. Perhaps that was the issue?

Bingo. The original reporting software was faulty so the sent me something called Jot. So tbe queztions are static. Don't change due to previous questions.
I did but they chose not to read or understand my response. I'm perfectly happy to end my relationship and cut my losses.
If you just choose an answer and submit it they fix it on the back end.

Honestly I get they can be a bit annoying to deal with but it sounds like you're making a mountain out of a mole hill as the old saying goes.

I was scheduled to shop there tomorrow. After reading the other thread I said hell no and cancelled. My friend and fellow shopper did the shop yesterday and got all the way to the end of reporting and the website wouldn't let him submit, stating he had performed the shop outside the possible dates. Yet, he had written confirmation as to what the shop date was. 100 foot pole!!

I like them personally. I have been able to negotiate video type fees for two a month all year. Super quick shops and easy report puts them in the $100 per hour range for me. I'll deal with a few quirks for that.
