Buckalew Credit Reversal issues

This is my first time working with buckalew hospitality and i performed a hotel shop for them early last month. It been more than 25 days but my credit reversal has not been posted (The report was approved). Anyone else had similar issues with them?

I've done quite a few properties for them and always received the reimbursement quickly; however, I just had one that did not come as planned. I emailed Aimee and she took care of it. If you haven't received the reimbursement, I think it notes on the invoice that you should reach out to Aimee so she can follow up with the hotel to take care of it.
Thanks for responding. I reached out to Aimee multiple times but the hotel is not responding to her too sad smiley
I had this happen with a Regal Hospitality shop; eventually the hotel should respond and reverse the charge.
