Maritz invoice

I started putting an invoice together for my shops, but before I hit the "submit" button, I noticed I was putting the total expenses and not the reimbursable expenses. I went back to the home screen and tried to put another invoice together, but now it says my shops are already in an invoice. I never hit submit, so appears I'm stuck. I've sent several emails, but no response yet. Anyone have this experience before?

You need to call them, not email. There is no email communication with them. I once made an error on an invoice and when I called, they had already corrected the error.
I messed up some invoices once. I called accounting. They told me they checked the receipts and fixed it automatically. They gave me the impression I did not need to call over something like that.
After not working for them for over a year, I did a bank shop for them in January. I forgot to submit the receipt. By the time I realized it, the shop was no longer on my board. I called them up and they did the invoice for me and submitted it while I was on the phone.

I got the same problem and they invoiced them in my behalf
