Is Full Scope a legit MSC

I received an email this morning from a scheduler about a very popular shop that has been MIA for the past six months or so. It seems they may have changed MSCs but I'm not sure. I cannot remember seeing anything about an MSC called Full Scope.

I'd do this shop in a heartbeat if I know it's a legit company. Very decent reimbursement plus a small fee.

Google the name of this firm and add mystery shopping, there is lots of information on the web about it. Not too positive in my opinion.

I think they used to go by 'Instant Reply' which is now only part of their name. There are multiple old threads on this forum asking about them, but the only response seems to be confusion of them with Instant Replays.

Is it Instant REPLY or Instant REPLAY? If the latter, that company still owes shoppers a LOT of fees.

Thanks Judy. The email I received did not have your last name on it or I would have known it was a legitimate shop. I didn't recognize the email address. Very happy to know this restaurant has found a new MSC.
