MarketForce taking longer than usual to approve reports?

Normally MF is one of the fastest MSCs I work for in turning reports around. Usually 24 to 48 hours, sometimes fewer. I've had one sitting in QC for three days, which is starting to worry me, especially since it was a fairly negative experience and resulting report. But maybe they're backed up because of the holiday? I guess I figured they were working on Monday, but maybe the U.S. folks got the day off?

I got Monday off. Yippee!! It is considered a holiday and banks, post offices and other businesses had off. Of course, all of the stores are open so not everyone got it off.

I did 4 MF shops on Saturday, and 3 were approved quickly, but one is still in QC. Not a glowing report, but not terrible either. I am also hoping all is well!!
Sometimes it takes awhile I really do not see why everyone is worried about how long it takes for them to approve or deny the shop you will not be paid until next month.
Because it's not unheard of for a MSC to reject an accurate report because it wasn't positive. I've never had that happen, but I've read about it enough on this forum to worry. winking smiley

Negative report probably takes longer to approve since they have to allow the location time to possibly challenge the results. If you turn in a "negative" report, just be sure to keep accurate notes so that you can defend/clarify yourself should Quality Control come knocking. I have had QC requesting clarification/confirmation after the shop had already been approved. However, I have never had a report rejected by MF on the ground of it being negative.
