Satisfaction Services

I regularly do one shop for them for Client A. Last month I also did Client B and really enjoyed it. I requested both shops again this month. I got a response for Client A, but crickets on Client B. No explanation or feedback. This is ruffling my feathers.

Just like Coyle, Mercantile, and many other MSCs, our apps sometimes sit unanswered.

Edited because I confused myself between Satisfaction Services and Service Sense.

Thanks! The scheduler replied right away when I applied to do a shop for Client A. I took that opportunity to ask again about Client B. She said there was a rotation.

I am very happy to know they are working with KSS!

A. KSS seems to be involved in scheduling their assignments starting this month. Not sure which site we now have to apply thru.

B. Just like Coyle, Mercantile, and many other MSCs, our apps sometimes sit unanswered.

Interesting. I've always worked through Elise not KSS. That includes the shop I have for next week. She always replies quickly to me. Never had anything unanswered.

I hope someone can help me figure something out. On May 7th, I did an optical shop after receiving an email invitation from "jenniferb" at summit scheduling. The link to the report was in the email, and I reported it thru the link, and sent it back to her. I asked her about payment, and she said payment is about 3 weeks after the shop via Paypal. I asked her what company this was, and she said Satisfaction Services. Yet when I go on Satisfaction's website or Summit Scheduling's website (both of which I am signed up with), there is no record of my doing a shop anywhere. Is this normal for Satisfaction Services??? Will payment come soon??? TIA!!!
My mistake. KSS was promoting some shops for Service Sense.

After you complete a shop for SS, you receive an email that you completed it, but there is no job board that shows completion. For a shop you did on May 7, you'll get paid at the end of June by check. They don't offer PayPal.

Thanks, Honny...that info helps. Not seeing a job board threw me for a loop! But in the body of the email, she wrote: "Pay is through Paypal, 45-60 days. SSI is the company. Thank you for the shop." So that is why I asked about Paypal....so maybe SSI is a different company???? But as long as I get paid, all will be good.
Could it have been Service Sense? Or maybe the scheduler was mistaken.

Well, I'm active with Service Sense, but have never done a job for them. I just checked their Sassie job board to be sure!! Since the scheduler said the company was SSI, I'm going with Satisfaction Services, with an "Inc" afterwards! Anyhow, the shop itself was easy, and I'll be happy when the money shows up!! But like the king said in The King and I, " 'Tis a puzzlement!"
