See Level Fast Food QSR Study

I see that the 2018 test is up. Is it the same information as last year?

I see where you can take the test but I don't see the study guide.

Has any one done one this year?

Thanks

Having read the information listed on See-Level's shop log about these I must admit, I don't understand why these seem to be so popular. They don't seem like they're much better than the Jack shops and the pay is similar at least after Jack is bonused. Can someone please explain?

What's done is done. An egg cracked cannot be cured.
There are 3 kinds of lies. Lies, Damn lies, and statistics.
I don't know @sassymmmm, I guess it is because the shops are easy and little or no narrative. Just get some timings and take some photos. Remember the $15 fee INCLUDES the reimbursement. Anyone new to this project beware. Not all the locations they list have drive thru service. It's up to the shopper to know if the location has a drive thru or not. See Level will not pay you a fee if you go the location and there is no drive thru. I got burned on this last year and I know for sure one of the locations on my job board this year is inside a mall food court.

Drive thru is fast. You don't have to take photos of a menu board inside the restaurant. You get a choice of what you can order.
Jack in the Box is gross? That could be the reason.

Actually not a real choice. You have to order what is specified depending on location.

I especially like the line "don't contact your scheduler for bonus or travel money. These shops are so popular....." Well, good luck filling that one a hundred miles out in the middle of NOWHERE. Marketforce used to pay me $125 for that location, ROTLMFAO!!!!

From my understanding of this yearly study, they are under no pressure to get all of the locations covered. They just need a sampling of each QSR, perhaps a minimum number in general geographical areas. At least that’s what I gather after reading the results of the study that’s published each year. So I don’t expect to see any bonuses.

You may be right; there's not another one within a 200 mile radius of me, so perhaps other shoppers snapped up the other locations.
Hey, at least the JIB shops at most locations have two drive thru menu boards That way, you can take all the pics you need before reaching the ordering speaker. Just in case there's someone behind you in the drive thru. And most times, there is hardly a line in the drive thru at JIB. Most drive thru shops have only one menu board so it is nearly impossible to take all of the required pics in a short amount of time especially there's a line behind you.
I always do the drive-thru popular coffee house one, easy peasy. Timings are different than most shops, heads-up on that.
Seelevel. They have different quick service restaurants and the popular coffee shops turns up on that one also. It's actually the only one that has not hassled me about taking the menu photo or timing the car after me.
Last year they were some in my area. This year there is one about 30 miles from me.

I missed it also till I was looking at their web site

You only get 2 tries.

It will pop open a search box. You can add the key words from a question and it will find it in the text.
Here's my cheat sheet. Try the test out on the first try since there are two attempts. I also print out the test so I can find the answers later for the ones that I answered incorrectly. Sometimes the wording can be tricky so one can get confused about the answer.
I did these before pretty easy. The one I signed up for this round was a closed location on every website and phone disconnected, cancelled it... so none here. smiling smiley

This year it says to send a message to get a new location. So, I did. They didn’t give me a new location. They just paid me????
@SoCalMama, I don't know. You need to talk to your scheduler. Last year, when I went to a location that did not have a drive thu, they just told me "too bad, you need to find out first". The did not offer me an alternate location, or any closed location fee (The location was open, but no drive thru). I would think that the organizing team for these sho0s would know what locations have drive thru's, and which don't. They don't know. Like I mentioned, one of the shops on my board is in a mall food court.

Also, yesterday I self assigned a breakfast shop at a donut and coffee style restaurant that is popular in the northern parts of the country. I went to check my shop log, and the guidelines, and found out they had not included the ordering restrictions. I emailed my scheduler, and she wrote me back that they had screwed up and forgot to, but she was alerting her supervisor and will get back to me. My point is, this is not the most organized project for the scope of the research. Be careful out there.
