SeeLevel new car shops -- hints, help, info, experience?

Any one tried these? I HATE heavy narrative new car shops. And when the sales person talks "tech", I don't know what they are talking about. Just got offered enough of a bonus to make the shop SEEM interesting. Have you done one? Narrative heavy? Any helpful hints you want to share are much appreciated. Thanks!

I have done several. They are the easiest car shops; not much narrative. They do ask what was on the TV in the waiting room and restroom visit is required. You don't have to have your car appraised and no test drive is required (assuming it's the same $20 shops I do for them).
I've done one of this particular shop, and it was a little easier than the others I've done. Even though you don't need to take the test drive, they can still be time consuming. I had a salesperson who went on and on about every feature he showed me. Then I got handed off to another salesperson. I was on site for 45 minutes, and the report took probably 30 to 45 minutes. Then there was the almost half-hour round trip. I took this at a very nice bonus, so I made out OK. But I'd never do it for $20. I hope you're getting a bonus! The base pay is less than half the other car shops I've done, but about 60% to 75% of the work. If you figure around 30 minutes on site, 30 to 45 minutes for the report, and prep and travel time, it adds up....

I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

I've done car shops where the stinking report took 4 hours -- and was returned to me several times for clarification. I never ever want to do one like that again!

Thanks.

Oh, my! That sounds excruciating! Anything would seem like cake after that....

I really didn't find the report for this shop to be much less time consuming than for the higher-paying ones, but maybe I've just been lucky and not run across any of those hours-long. Sound like pull-your-hair-out time.

No, because I mentioned the MSC. But if you're signed up with SeeLevel, you can easily check the website for shops currently offered.

OK, I did one of these shops and I don't recall it being too narrative heavy, but the salesman did not get into many features either. I don't think you have to take a test drive either.
I have done a couple of their regular car shops, they're not too bad narrative wise. They also have the car negotiation shops too. I would not touch those for any amount. When I got the email telling me that "I am now eligible" to do these, I said no way. I've learned too much on here to take on that headache. Be careful of which type you have avoid the ones where you have to negotiate the price.
