I've had that happen to me before with Bare---So annoying! Good luck, I would send the photos directly to your scheduler and explain the situation. They can upload them into the shop for you.
Yes, this. It's been my experience that schedulers at Bare are aware of the technical limitations of their front end and are more than happy to help you out with this. If nothing else, the scheduler will offer an extension until the issues are sorted.
Not trying to come off as a jerk here, but is it something possible on your end? ..I've had no issues thus far uploading the pictures for the partner shops. I was using google chrome but on my laptop..I would send pics to my email..save and then submit..my computer died yesterday...so I literally just did the shop on my android phone. 30 minutes ago.including the required photos...my phone uses google chrome..
If it isn't on your side..I agree with everyone else.. finish the shop best you can and then email the scheduler the required pictures..

About two years ago, I suddenly stopped being able to upload ANY photos to Bare's forms. Nothing changed- I was using the same laptop and browser and the same phone as well. Neither device worked, although I hadn't had any issues before that. I have tried several other computers and have gotten a new phone since then...still none of the devices work. I don't get it! I do not have the issue with any other companies' sites. Sorry you are having trouble too! I thought it was just my account.
