I shop for them at least once a month, both of them. Yes, they are a lot alike. Comment on every yes or no, have not a single type, even a soft one, and gives lots of direct quotes, and you will get a 10. Miss something simple and you will get a 9. Miss something more and it's an 8 or lower. I like some of their shops, but sometimes I don't have the time to give them a 10 report, and decide to go for the 9, as the 9 will still get me the shops I want with them every month.
