She has delayed and mislead shoppers about getting paid for work she schedules. She will tell you that she is just a scheduler, but She continues to promise payment by the companies she schedules for. She keeps you on the hook for months with excuses about how the economy is hurting the cash flow.

Would you be shopping if you did not need some extra income? I do not think so.

She even promises in emails to pay shoppers out of her own pocket. But the promise has as much value as anything else she says or writes.. Nothing.

Please save yourself pain and anguish, DO NOT ACCEPT ANY JOB OFFERS FROM HER.

If you have completed work through her, Good Luck with getting paid. I give her a Minus 5 stars for honesty and integrety.

WOW...I hear your mistrust. I haven't worked for her in over a year, this has been going on for so long, it does need to end. Have you tried BBB or such avenues to get back pay? Wouldn't it be good to just garnish her wages.

The word is getting out about the SCAM Sisters. Another client has moved on to a reliable MSP.

Doug at NWLPC.com in now announcing work using an Iphone App, that previously was offered by Ramack. Doug Pays on a very short cycle and is very prompt.

IPHONE shops is a platform, like Prophet and Sassie is a platform. ISecretshop, the developers of the IPHONE app, as their base of clients that they do mystery shopping for using the IPHONES. They are doing this to test the IPHONES and to watch for any "bugs"
NWLPC is licensed to offer IPHONE shops to clients if they prefer that platform rather than Prophet. Because of the limited data base of shoppers this is a slow process, but we are the first "mystery shopping" company to be offering this.
As of now we only have one client in Hawaii but as time goes we expect more and more clients and hopefully more shoppers. Early next year this will be offered to those with Droids.
So..the IPHONE assignments you see are being scheduled by another scheduling company for ISECRET SHOP but when a client chooses NWLPC it will show up as a NWLPC shop.

Van is absolutely right. Empty promises. Sad.

I am very greatful to the Forum members for the information. I never worked for DSS and of course never will. There are so many MSCs out there that are legitimate and as reliable as they want their shoppers to be, that it does not make sense to get involved with cheaters.

I email Melissa every day with headings like, You promised to pay on Oct. 4th. We worked hard to get the reports in to you on time. How can you live with yourself?

Are you owed enough to go to small claims court?

This is what I posted on the other Mystery shopping forum. I recomend thall all shoppers that are in this boat, to read the posts starting in August. June is really good at the "side step dance" RE: The Govener of Texas in the movie, "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas."




For the record,
I was called "a Jerk" by June in an email because I demanded payment for July. In the same email she promised to pay me out of "Her pocket." I responded with contact information to include PayPal. This was in early October. To date I have received nothing.

I also have emails from her, where she states that she has had direct phone conversations with clients. I am willing to show all of my correspondence and replies if required. I can get authentication that the email came from June’s account. So I am willing to challenge June to truth or dare.

June, where would I ever get the name “Jimmy,” when his business name is James? It must have come from you.

As to the latest post from June, Does anyone with good business ethics; use the excuse of poor or limited internet as reason to disappear for 45 plus days? Other than being in a coma, everyone can find internet access in this century.
As quoted by several others from the DSS website, pay is due by the 15th of the following month. It says nothing of year or century.

At no time, did I ever see a notice on the job postings or the DSS website that said that DSS was low priority for Melissa. All I ever heard from June is how professional she is. Shut down your business for 45 days?

What happened Melissa, did you get deported and you are walking through the Arizona desert on your way back to Redlands, CA? What happens if you are checked again in Arizona? Another 45 days of non communication and nonpayment?

I am still awaiting payment from April for some DSS shops. Do they pay at all?

Did any of you ever contact the companies sponsoring the shops? Surely they don't want angry shoppers rating their busiinesses.

Van has been doing some work on that.

June had the nerve to try and say it is all Melissa this week to my husband when he told her to remove him from her email list. She did the song and dance that people are spreading false rumors like that the companies have confirmed payment or that the companies were never even invoiced.

We live in California and I am happy to take her to small claims court. Anyone have contact info for Melissa?

Yeah, we can give you her e-mail, but perhaps Van already did.

Charge them interest, tally it up, take them to court and good luck. They are the worst kind of Crooks, they are working this like a scam.

jminstead, are you going to pursue this? Every couple of days I e-mail, (don't know if she even checks that e-mail anymore, but she did use it as recently as Oct. 4th, when she told me that payment would within that week) with all caps headlines such as Thief! How can you live with yourself? We worked for you, you have your money, now where's ours?, Etc.

You can add one more to the unpaid in Seattle. They owe me too, since April.

Is there a way we could find out if she filed bankruptcy?

If she filed bankruptcy then you would appear on her list of creditors and you would get notification from the bankruptcy court and attorney- or at least that is how it SHOULD work. But if she is so fly by night that she doesn't keep good records on who she owes, then this might not happen.

Also, note that it can take 3 months or longer from the time that she files to the time you get notice.

You should be able to go to the courthouse and find that out. Do you remember the company that you did the shop for, if you do, send them a letter with the date and the shop and ask for payment to be sent to you. They will problaby terminate her, or if she wants to keep them as customers she will pay, also send her a copy of the letter.

If it is a large chain, they don't want endless people coming to them about non payment.

Never got paid and my filing with the BBB went nowhere as it is a civil matter. I am going to contact the optometry establishment if anyone wants in. Its a matter of principle.

I echo your sentiments about another company: namely Measure Consumer Perspectives, who pays for one shop and withholds the payment of 3 for some shitty excuse which the owner makes up so as not to pay!

So far I only did one shop for JuneRSS, and I also have not been paid. Thanks God I did not accept more! And thanks for the eye opener! Like you I do mystery shopping to help myself a bit financially and I hate it to death being ripped off!

All I have to say is if you see an email from Ramack Scheduling...delete, put as spam in your email......

Thank you for never paying me for the work I did. While 22.00 might not be a lot to you June it is the principle of the matter.

And as far as Melissa goes, if her husband has her standard of work, no wonder he is unemployed.
