Beware of this company if you are dealing with a scheduler by the name of Kendra. I was assigned a shop that was meant to be completed tomorrow. We was supposed to have a telephone conference to discuss the particulars of the assignment. She calls me from a restricted phone number. So I missed the call. She leaves a message asking me to call her back. I called her back twice for which she had no message machine on or voicemail and the phone just repeatedly rang until it disconnected my call twice. Then I go online to check my assignment so I can try to prepare for tomorrows assignment and she removed the assignment and deactivated my account from receiving new assignments. She abuses her power and she is very deceptive. I do not recommend anyone to use this company for their assignments. Especially if you have to deal with this particular person. She is the one bringing a shadow on the company. And I hope she sees this post and try to lie. I have not only the call history to prove that I called and the call went unanswered. But I also have the recording where you can hear how long the phone rang and no one ever answered the call.

I am frustrated with them too. I have previously done shops for them and have scored 100% on them. Reports took exactly as long as they estimated. I just did a shop for them that had a 4-5 hour estimated time to do the report. Perfect- I can bust that out after the kids go to bed and get it in for their deadline. The report required far more information than expected and took EIGHT HOURS. I was expecting one narrative in each section- there were three. Insane. If they had said the report was going to take longer to do, I wouldn’t have taken the shop as I have young children and need to be hands on with them. So irritated.
I have worked with Kendra for years (at least 10 years). I have had no issues with her.
I have done few shops for them. Overall, they seem ok.
It is hard to believe that your accound got deactivated only because you missed each other’s call. There is more to the story, I think, otherwise you wouldn’t be this upset with them; and them with you!?
Edited...I just remembered....I reffered a shopper who completed more then few shops. This was year and a half ago. I have never received a referral fee. I emailed once and my email was passed to the accounting/payroll but never heard back from them. Kind of left me feeling a bit like Meh about them

There is no more to the story. I have no reason to lie. I have never had a problem until now as i only did shops for them seasonally. Not regularly.

I had no issues with her until now. I have been registered with them just as long as you. Thats where the frustration comes in. There was no reason for her to act the way she did.
Have you tried calling them and escalating this to a higher level? I had to call to re-schedule a shop once, and the owner himself answered the phone. I would certainly follow up on this if I were you and at least make sure that somebody higher up knows what the situation was.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
If you have an issue with Kendra, call Scot. AA is one of the few companies where you can ring the owner of the company and he'll be responsive. Positive experiences here.
