I have plans to travel there about two times out of the year.
There are plenty of resort shops in those areas. Offered by the usual companies that do hotels....and I've done shops in the CUN airport, but I am not sure about any companies shopping other outlets in those specific cities. You get into D.F. and I know there are restaurant assignments available.
Most of the major business those locations are US based companies, since it such a heavy tourism area, so I'd go with the usual suggestion of signing up for all the domestic MSCs and see if they have assignments in MX.

Tpham555, I could see doing resort or hotel shops on vacation, but being cooped up in your hotel writing reports and missing out on sun and fun doesn't sound enjoyable. I'd steer clear of other shops and just enjoy the vacation.
