GBW reached out to me, but...

Alright, over 10 years ago I was with GBW, and they are a 110% legit mystery shopping company.

Thing is I tried to log in using my old number, nope not in the system.
I tried my e-mail to reset the password, nope not in the system.

I did reply to the scheduler who contacted me, but they are on the other side of the planet, so not expecting a response anytime soon.

Anyone have any advice? A few years ago I was able to contact one of their people via these forums, but they stopped responding to my messages over a year ago.tongue sticking out smiley

They respond to my text messages quickly. This is usually the best form of communication, at least for me. It's just confusing because each response is from a different phone number. It's difficult to understand their heavy accents on the phone.
The scheduler(s) who contact me don’t seem to understand time zones. I had a retail shop for them yesterday and promptly, at 5:30 AM, I got a text asking if I had completed it. I was so proud of my professional reply.
Mornings here seem to be best if you want to reach out by text or email.
Well I e-mailed the person back, still waiting.

Odd other fact, I received two e-mails, one with my proper name, one addressed to another person.
Well, though the company is legit, is it possible that you received a spoof email from someone who says that they are from the MSC but really aren't?

This was my first thought as well, especially when OldDog mentioned that his log in information didn't work. We've seen some people sending out scam emails with links to websites that mirror MSC websites (look like the company's login splash page), prompting people to log in, so that they can get access to people's emails and passwords.

Also, sometime ago, they changed their name from GAPbuster to GBW, as well as their website/address. I noticed that the link to their website listed on the forum is outdated, but it does redirect to their new site. When they changed, my login stayed the same, though that was not the case with everyone.
Just to provide some details, I am a bit of a tech.

The domain on the response e-mail was/is @gbw.solutions

I know years ago something went down between them and I, but when you've mystery shopped for over 10 years, you forget stuff.
Ah, good. I'm glad to hear that it sounds like a legitimate contact.
