I would send a follow-up email stating that you need an answer ASAP if you are going to do it this weekend.
They may be waiting for word form the hotel, or they could just be overwhelmed with requests. There are only a few schedulers and they have a lot on their plate.....you could offer a later date if they need more time as well.
The key to getting to best assignments is working productively with the schedulers and understanding that their job is also difficult. There will be a lot of frustrations down the line if you continue to shop for Coyle, so just learn to take this kind of stuff in stride if you like the assignments.
