Rhonda, we have all failed somewhere along the line. Do not allow one failure to define you as a shopper. My very first shop for one MSC was rejected because I did not follow the instructions and shopped on the wrong day. Since then, I have performed close to 190 shops for the same MSC successfully. Best wishes to you and don't give up.
