myster shoppers payment (Sassie)

I completed a shop on 6/26/18. It was approved. According to my profile it said that I was paid on 8/15/18

I know that they pay by paper check. As of 8/30/18 I have not received my check.

The last time I did a shop for them it seemed like I was paid with five days or so after my payment date on my proflle.

How long will I need to wait and who do I contact if I have payment issues?

OP has it correctly listed: Mystery-Shoppers (they have little shopping bag icons on the top of their page).

I have worked for them since 2003, but not at all lately. I have not heard of any payment issues.

Yes it is the one with the shopping bags. Thanks SoCalMama for pointing that out.

Seems a little strange that it said I was paid on the 15th but I not have received my check in the mail Hopefully they sent it to the right person.. Yes I have my address right in the system

Isaiah, Check with the MSC and make sure they sent it to the RIGHT PERSON! I say this ONLY BECAUSE I had a check coming to me from a DIFFERENT MSC (not a Sassie one), and on the website, it said the Check was issued on 8/10/18. Well, on 8/28, I contacted the MSC because I had not received the check. They said it had been cashed and deposited. I asked to see a copy of the front and back of the check, which they promptly sent me. It was to someone WITH MY SAME NAME but IN A DIFFERENT STATE about 500 miles away!!! When I pointed this out to them, they fixed the problem, reissued the check and I got it yesterday. So maybe you need to check with the MSC payroll dept to make sure that there isn't someone else that has your same name that got your check instead of you. It happens.

Guysmom or any one knows the address to payroll dept for mystery- shoppers (The one with the shopping bags).

I did not think about that. I will look into that ?Do I need to contcact them again or wait a few more days. I sent a e-mail through their main page yestersay and I have not heard back as of tonight.
