I completed a shop in october and was supposed to be paid 12/1. Never received payment and they claim i have to wait for bill.com to receive the returned check in the mail before they will issue another payment. This is senseless for 2 reasons. One, I'm set up for direct deposit. Two, bill.com says they never recieved a request to issue the payment. So what am i waiting for?! The robot that replies to the "support tickets" does nothing more than copy and paste policy. He doesn't paste the part of the policy that says they will actually issue the payment though! Lol I've done a handful of shops with no problem but definitely won't waste any more time on them. It looks nice to say you'll pay $80 for a shop but if you actually won't, you're nothing more than a waste and not worth anything. I guess they're a good company if you're lucky enough to not need the help of a human being.
