I got the same message and also can’t login. Their app, Eyes On, worked fine. I suspect this will be corrected soon. For now I’ll use the app and also try another browser such as Chrome.
I still have the same problem trying to use IE. I get a confirmation that the browser is up to date but I can get to the log in screen to proceed. I will continue to use Firefox and the app until this is fixed.
I couldn't sign into Eye On today until I realized somehow the app switched to UK on the upper right corner. I switched to US and I was able to log in.
