True guest hotel shops

Has anyone done a hotel shop with True Guest? Just wondering how difficult they are to complete and if they are fair. How quickly do you get reimbursed? Thanks for the input

I have done many hotel shops for TrueGuest. The reports are long but not difficult. The instructions are simple. I have always been reimbursed within 2 weeks by check. The hotel charges have been reversed in a timely fashion as well. Hope this helps.
The 2-night ones are a lot easier than the one night ones. For the 2 night shops, the work is spread out more.
I find them to be about the same amount of aggregation factor as Coyle (same amount, but for totally different reasons). Much, much more work than ACL - but much, much nicer properties. Also, there is a huge difference between those that are done using the online platform vs. those done in Excel. The ones in Excel I think are much less aggravating.
I've signed up with Coyle and have been thinking about doing a shop that's near me. How are they? Do they reimburse you fully and provide a shopper's fee?
If you just signed up with Coyle you’ll never get a hotel shop right away. They’ll make you slog through a dozen or more restaurants before they allow you a hotel. And even then they’ll let your application for those restaurants stagnate for well over a month before assigning it to someone else.

It took me 11 restaurant shops before I was assigned my first hotel with Coyle. They only assigned me because someone cancelled and they needed it done. Luckily for me, I scored highly and received a second one when I applied.

They do offer a pay fee which is listed on the shop. Some offer travel fees too. Some shops are folio reversals and some are reimbursement.

That's how I got my first Coyle hotel, too. The scheduler sent out an urgent request for a crappy local restaurant. I told her I'd take it that night if she assigned me a hotel in the city. The hotel wasn't really worth it...

My hotel room sucked so bad. My area is over saturated with shoppers, so much so that I don't even get their phone shops I apply for.
