North Fork Rating Question

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get your rating changed with North Fork?
I was consistently doing shops for them, then I had a day where a real family emergency came up
and I didn't make my shop deadline. I explained in an email but got no response. I received a shopper rating of 1. That was in July. I have since not been able to self-assign, but have gotten shops I applied for multiple times. Still, my rating has not changed. I figured after being accepted on a shop and doing well my rating would go up again. Is there a rule for how long they keep you at a 1 rating?

Your Shopper Rating Average is determined by calculating the average of your shop grades from all shops. Theoretically, the Rating average increases over time as you complete MS shop assignments and receive positive ratings. The rating that you received in July will likely stay on your account. However, as long as you are continuing to complete your assignments as required, your rating should increase substantially. I can speak from personal experience as I received a citation back in February (Rating 1) for not being able to complete a Northfork shop. I'm not certain what my rating is today, but I have self-assign completed at least 40 shops since getting a bad rating in February.
I've noticed that I have "citations" on various Sassie accounts, and am a 9-10 rated shopper. I've been told the "citations" are not necessarily bad (think "hero citations" although I am no one's hero), so yours may have been for something fabulous!
