Is anyone else having a problem with the EPMS website? I have shopped with Ellis for over 7 years and I have NEVER logged in to find less than a full screen of available shops. NEVER. However, about a month ago, I logged in to find only 4 shops available, and since then, the most that has been listed is 5. I emailed the company and outlined the problem and asked if there was a problem with my account or something. They responded that my account was in good standing, and I should be viewing everything available, stating that more shops should be up in a few days, but giving no reason as to why there were so few at that time. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Would someone who has been with them awhile mind logging in and checking the 36567 zip code and letting me know what they find? Thanks in advance if someone can.
