Need IPSOS Contact Information

Does anyone have a contact email or number for someone at IPSOS, not a summitscheduler. I have not been able to get into my account for days. I have used the contact form and they have reset the password twice but its still not getting me in. I have 2 past due shops that included money out of pocket. Thank you if anyone can help.

Once you get that issue fixed, if you have a smart phone, you should consider downloading the Mobi Audit app and using that to enter your reports. You don't have to log in each time, as the app remembers your credentials and automatically will take you to your shop report.
Thanks! I do use the mobiaudit app but it stopped synching and wont give me access either. No response from the 2 emails yet. Even my scheduler Cindy at summit (I had added her to the various emails) replied asking for urgent assistance and nothing

You might have to remove the app and reload it once you get the log in issues resolved. Hey, at least it's not Friday. I am sure someone will get back with you tomorrow.
I had sent emails to the site since Monday. The site kept sending me emails that my password was reset but it still had not worked. My scheduler also sent an email to the addresses you provided and everything has now been fixed. Thanks!
