Ha. I did two of them after a lot of back and forth with the scheduler. I was able to negotiate the requirements a little, and I made it very clear that their full requirements were ridiculous, ESPECIALLY since you were supposed to ask about all this alcohol but were not allowed to order an alcoholic beverage. I actually managed to get a lot of information out of my bartender, so I was able to provide most of the information they wanted. The report was okay and got accepted. That said, looking at the other places they wanted evaluated, there was no way I was going to even try.
