How am I supposed to login??

When trying to get password help from Sentry:

"If you forgot your password, please enter your email address or login name below to have your login information emailed to you. If you do not have access to the email account you originally signed up with you will need to contact Sentry Marketing" ..

I enter email address ….

"You cannot use your email. Please use your login."

UGH!

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

You should have received an email from Sentry with your user id, I think mine's 7 characters. Annoying, but that's how they do it. Once you log in, I think you can change it to your email, but not everybody allows for that.

I signed up years ago, no idea what my user id is. I will give them a call, just thought it was funny.

Same thing is happening to me..let us know what they said

Shopping Idaho and Oregon/Idaho border region.

I did one shop for them when they used Bill.com. There was a snafu adding another company to Bill.com and I came on this forum for advice and eventually got dissed by Sentry ‘s owner. Never shopped for them again. Problem solved!
