RBG Payment- Who do I contact?

I did 5 shops for RBG in October. However, I received payment on 4 of them today. Do I need to contact scheduler or is there like a pay roll department that I can contact?

I made 10s on all on my shops and my payment information is right.

Are you sure that 5th shop doesn't go into the next pay period? I've done shops for them at the end of the month, and they only paid the first and middle of the month and left the last one I did for the next pay period. I would contact the accounting department or account receivables. You can contact your scheduler but, they are not responsible but, could help out. I've never had issues with them so, good luck. The one I am missing payment on was a purchase and return shop. I bought the item on 10/1 and I returned the item about a week later and I send in the report around the 15th. According to the guidelines.

My other shops were between the 15th and 31st.

I thought they pay around the 8th (If you have Direct Deposit).

The last few payments I've received from them has been around the 20th. But, I am on Paypal now. I was receiving them around the 9th with direct deposit. And, you're welcome.

And I wonder if it took a little to approve your shop. So, it could have gone into the next pay period after they approved it. Hopefully you will find out tomorrow.

I just talked to them and they sent me the money to my pay pal account
