Above is the message I get in red across the top of the primary frame I'm in when when I scroll down, and the referenced hyperlink attached to "Learn more" is thus, but it does not work:

In all humility, I'm the one who is degreed in E-Business Security, such feldercarb does not impress me very much. I use Chrome and it is ALWAYS up to date. TLS 1.3 is likely involved, and presumably has to do with implementing some block or stream cipher implementation of whatever sort -- Like really, nothing is wrong with my browser, silly rabbit....
Here are a few snippets about the subject, and while TLS 1.3 is allegedly prime time, it's not exactly the de-facto standard in terms of current across the board implementation, but the sooner the better of course:

And yes, Marketforce's blurb says December 1, 2016. It is so very heartwarming they can be counted upon to be the good old reliable mixed up outfit they are... Like really, having the default arrangement of shops in one's "My Shops" listing as by shop number, and not date, and there being no way to make by date the default.
Ah, here's a list of the stuff Marketforce uses to clog up your browsers, cookies and yes, facebook.net is and will forevermore be blocked, among others I will not allow. Only 7 of the below are tolerated:

shopper.marketforce.com
ssltest.marketforce.com

Anyway, I fixed it and the message is currently gone. But then, it is so much fun to have Marketforce's poor dear confused computers and whoever pretends to run them act like they actually have a clue about, uh, what, anyway? I see significant evidence of the right hand not knowing of the existence of the left hand, nor of anything else that does, could, should, might, or even need to exist. Such a shame I'm too old to be of much if any help, back in the day I coulda fixed all that's broken I can see now in a couple weekends, maybe less. Of course, back then I could work over 16 hours a day, had a much sharper mind and significantly superior memory and analytical skills, and last but not least, the old noggin hummed along like a supercomputer that hasn't been invented yet.....
.... at least we know who Marketforce is sharing our computers with now, don't we? But don't feel bad, here's what Bank of America plays with, and yes, many of 'em are and will forever be blocked on my system:

In a spirit of educational inspiration to all of you IC's out there, hang in there, what's your is really yours, despite the conivings of those who would like to think that somehow you belong to them. A world full of folks more like moi would simply block all but first party cookies and plenty of other stuff and simply say no to baloney, period, but then, ya gotta know stuff to know what stuff matters...
