They are great! They have easy to understand instructions, user-friendly surveys, and very friendly folks.

Is this different from North Fork Research?
I've liked them for a long time, but recently have had a nit picky, lazy (IMHO) editor that keeps sending my reports back for no reason. I just resubmit them saying I fixed them and they get approved.
Also, they don't tell me specifically what is wrong. They just say to make sure I explain every no answer, which I already have.
If they saw one I didn't see, why not tell me to fix questions,1, 2, 3 etc. But the fact they go through the second time with no changes on my part leads me to believe I didn't miss any.

They are good but the narratives drive me crazy...isnt enough room to go into detail..so I have a tendency to go too much into detail and it doesnt show until you hit save.and you have to reword into a shorter narrative...They do have very generous bonuses for hard to fill shops though..

Love love love them! Absolutely excellent company. Fantastic bonuses on shops near the end of the month and they pay promptly and on schedule.
Pay is prompt, but I've had issues with editors here and there. Not enough to stop me from working with them.
Poorly written guidelines in my opinion. When the guidelines say give the salesperson your scenario and then gives suggestions to me that means those are suggestions and you can use something similar if you would like. Ends up those aren't suggestions.
Also had a problem with poor communications with editors.
Otherwise I like some of their shops and the pay seems reasonable.

The guidelines state ask about a gift for a teen. The survey asks what camping item did I inquire about. Well, I did not ask about camping so how do I go about filling in the questionnaire?
Beware - after six months of successful shops just ran into unreasonable editor who excluded a highly bonused shop where I had made a $75 purchase that they won’t reimburse after her email got stuck in my spam filter. She wanted explanations on a No that was, in fact explained. I suspect they will send this to the client regardless. North Fork used to be accused of this in the past on highly bonused shops.

I've been noticing the same thing for about the last 3-4 months. They don't see the explanation and reject or sent the shop back to you to explain what has already been explained. Before that (3 years) I never had issues. I believe it is a new editor they have now.
Beware - Editor Plays Games
Beware of the tricks. Yes, they pay on time when they pay. But they will reject your report in editing for a bogus reason. If you don't catch it, they will withhold payment. I recently lost pay on two reports. I cannot imagine that they didn't go ahead and use those reports. I would not recommend this company to any new shoppers.

Both of the shops I mentioned had bonuses. They play games on the shops with bonuses. So watch your email closely because they reject many shops in hopes that you miss the email and they get the report for free.
