iSS - I Secret Shop Company

Hello:
I’m very new to secret shopping and I somehow signed up for a company called ISS (I secret shop), but I’m not sure where i found it as I can’t find it anywhere here on the Forum? Anyone ever used them? Are they legit? Thank you.

Hi and welcome to the forum. ISS is more of a shopping platform utilized by several companies rather than a mystery shopping company itself. Once you sign in you will notice shops from different companies. I believe you have to accept your Independent Contractor Agreement with each company in order to do their shops. Every company on iSS is legitimate. If you do your job, you will be paid.

Actually, up here in Canada it's utilized by one. The scheduler stinks, so does the company.
Lack of support / replies from the assigned schedulers.

I have done a couple shops on their scheduling site, one a restaurant I love, they pay timely and reports are simple and actually written on the direct MSC's site. Have been with them on and off for 5 years.

In iSS, make sure you sign your ICA so you will get paid for the shops you do.

Make sure you check the Independent Contractor Agreements often. New ones are added and some are updated. You have to sign them again.
