Mobee Rewards

I have a bunch of points earned. I just went to their All Rewards link and it only shows donations; no gift cards, mastercard debit card, etc. Under My Rewards it says I have earned 0 rewards. I have redeemed points for rewards before so hopefully this is a problem on their end. I did open a support ticket. Is anyone else seeing the same thing with their account?

Here’s the answer I just received via email from Mobee:

Thanks for reaching out! All of our rewards are temporarily down. We are working with our reward vendor to get these back up as quickly as possible. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience! Please let us know if you have any other questions!

This happens periodically with them, not sure why but it rarely stays down for more than an hour.
