GfK Editing Department is Ridiculously SLOW

Did anyone else complete one of their credit card shops this month? This is a 2-part shop where we enter the first part of our report, then the shop instructions say the editors will review the report and return it to us within 48 hours so that we can fill out the last part of the report. Well it has been almost TWO WEEKS now and they still haven't returned it to me. I have emailed my scheduler about it multiple times, and she has been very sweet and understands my frustration, but she says that it has to follow a certain process so that nothing is missed. Because of this, only the editors can return it to me after they have confirmed I did the first part of the shop correctly. I have a friend that completed a couple of these shops too and his are also just sitting there. I was so excited to do these shops because GfK has been bragging that in November and December they are paying shoppers twice a week -- which is crazy fast! It's not so fast though when they sit on a report for HALF A MONTH without touching it! Steer clear!!

I'm having an issue with another company. Currently 2.5 weeks out from shop. I received an e-mail saying the shop has moved to editing stage but nothing since then (that was 3 days ago). Would be nice to get paid soon :/ Definitely frustrating.

Have you done the car shops? It states they paid me days ago... I emailed my scheduler, she said they are gonna pay me tmw????

I did three jobs for them this week (Monday and Tuesday) and already got paid for all three. I was paid yesterday.

Edited to add that these were not credit card shops.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
