myst4au, I was hoping for their help. I wrote to the board members about the situation. No results yet.
hotsauce1, in our country it is necessary to file a lawsuit in court. And this is a long time. A lawyer is needed. Costs a lot.
Somehow I was told that I may have done something bad and therefore the company refused to pay me.
Take a look at the link to a lot of deceived mystery shoppers.

Title: "International service check" is the most unreliable and insolvent company.
On this forum, most of the mysterious shoppers from the United States. Apparently, the ISC's management in the United States in good faith towards them.
I wrote a letter to the ISC. He said that their refusal to pay for my work spoils their reputation. They do not care!

Here is a large number of reviews of deceived people. The International Service Check cheated a lot of employees.
Stepan, I have never worked for this company myself but there are lots of scam companies that use the name of a real company here in the US. Even though you have worked for this company before is it possible that you were contracted by one of the scam companies using their name and only changing one character in the url which you may not have noticed? Double check the website url you used to report and the email address you were originally contacted from just to make sure.

Unfortunately, MPSA collects membership fees from the companies. They are only interested in collecting those fees. Others have found that they have no interest in helping shoppers.

hotsauce1, I thought MSPA was following the code of ethics.

Heh.
I thought the MSPA was like the BBB for shoppers.

Many Engrish teachers work on this forum. Have a question, just raise your hand. smiling smiley
Nope. The MSPA cares about MSCs. There has been more than one MSC that was a member of the MSPA and ended up going under and stiffing shoppers. The MSPA did nothing to help those shoppers get paid.
I have never had this problem with ISC, The one time I did have an issue, they refused to pay for a shop, stating they contacted the store and received the opposite result. Well, so did I - got the same as my report. also, and more important, I had a recording of the interactions.
The so.my gripe is I never heard back from them about it.

But I have done a few shops since then (probably would have done more), and have had no issues.

This is a real Internatioanl Service Check. It is the same ISC.
I still have a mysterious customer account on their website. And they send suggestions for checking stores.

I did a lot of checks for them. They used to pay too. At one point, just stopped paying.
Be careful!
3 January 2019 I wrote this letter on the adresses expens@astonconsulting.ru, expens@astonconsulting.ru, who are responsible for payments for checks on the portal International Service Check:
Hello! My login is T1884078.
Orient, please, will I be paid for 2018? July 21, I sent all the data for the conclusion of a contract of a Civil Law. On October 17, Aston's accounting department wrote that if the debt was confirmed, I would be paid without a contract. On October 19, I wrote expens@astonconsulting.ru that my debt amounted to 2,740 rubles. On October 23, the accounting department sent a reply that my application was accepted for consideration. There is still no answer.

There is also no answer to this letter.
