Marketforce photo issue

After completing hundreds of shops for Marketforce, today I got an email that claimed they couldn't accept my shop because I submitted duplicate photos (from last week's shop). That's incorrect, and I already re-sent the ones I added to the report when I did it this afternoon.

What else can I do? Who can I contact to 'take it up the chain'?

If you have your location, date, and time set on your camera, you can view the details of your photo. It will tell you what day, time, location, etc. the picture(s) was taken. That should prove it. Good luck!

Reply to the email with a picture attached and ask them to view the photo details. When pictures are uploaded in a report sometimes the details are no longer viewable or stripped away.
Generally, you are stuck. It happened to a lot of us a few months ago. I personally think that it is a glitch. I sucked it up and let it go. I only do about $1500 a year with them, but it's EASY money so I didn't even protest it.
She could also open up the details on her phone and do a screenshot of the details and send that with the picture.

Thanks for all the advice. SoCalMama, you're right that it's probably not worth fighting about, but my ego says it is :-)

I got a message from the Help Desk today that said they were going to pass on the ones I re-sent to Quality Control..

When I run the mouse over my photos, it shows everything, size, date and time taken. smiling smiley I can and would dispute what they are telling you about your photos . smiling smiley
I had an almost identical claim. They said I included 19 pics from another same day gas station shop. I went over the error shop several times before submitting it. To not see 19 pics or differences between an old and new brand station is ridiculous. I think they messed up. I did not have any recourse and no proof.

You can only do that if you saved the report or they let you access it again. Neither of which are likely at all.
It happened again. Invalid shops based on duplicate photos. But this time I am sure there are some shenanigans going on. Shop #1 was submitted before shop#2 was started. I sat in the car and finished it before I left the area. So there is no way I could attach images from shop#2 onto #1, and that's exactly what they are claiming. Plus they say I attached images from #1 into #2 as well. I am feeling cheated out two good shops worth $36, two hours and 60 miles.
Carol,

Based on my experience you should politely argue your case.

After I replied to Carol's post I realized I hadn't updated the thread to indicate that Marketforce accepted my photos and thus the shop. Halleluia!

I have found out that once the reject a shop, that no matter what you do, that is it no pay . Mine was on time entered for a hardware shop and a phone shop, for they said it was impossible to do shops 5 minutes apart. They would not even believe the time stamp on the receipt. They said the recept time was unreliable.

I got the same email! I know I didn’t send duplicate photos. I resent and they said they gave the shop to another shopper.
Sorry, you're probably hosed. MFers are infamous for being like this. I swear they have a quota or something.
