GBW Client Enquiry

So I'm dealing with a weird situation with GBW right now. They've emailed saying they've receive a client enquiry. The client is saying that both reps I dealt with for my shoe store were women. I provided both names as both were wearing name tags. And both were DEFINITELY YOUNG MEN. Not sure what is going on. I told them this and that they only possible explanation in my mind is if they were wearing other employees' name tags. Has anyone dealt with client enquiries before with GBW. If so, did you end up getting paid? A bit concerned they're going to try and not pay me here...

I hope they have cameras in the store and can check. Years ago, I made a mistake by saying that employee did not wear a name tag. After reviewing the video, the cliwnt said that the employee, indeed, wore a name tag. I hope this will be easy to resolve and you get paid.
Mind sharing the location (as in city)? I've done about 20 of them and one location asked 50 questions about who my reps were both times I've done it. I was paid for the shop both times.

Sure, it was Grove City. I've actually done this location many times before without any questions or clarifications. My best guess is that the young men were either purposely fooling around and wearing other employee's name tags or they just wore them because they didn't have their own. Either way, I imagine it will cause some trouble for them. But the report was actually very good as they both did a fine job.

Ah. Not the same location then. San Marcos is the one that gives me fits.

They screwed me out of a shop w $100 bonus. The questionaire was vague and I couldn;t input a correct answer almost like "Do you beat your wife?" Next question "If no. when did you stop?"

Oh I remember those situations well back when I worked for them. I do not miss those vague questions which I always thought were the result of a non native English speaker doing their translations for them.
Well, it looks like I'll be done shopping with GBW. I've always heard the horror stories, but up until this point I haven't had any problems. Granted, though, I don't do very many shops with them at all. The QC person that was emailing with questions about the employees never actually said the shop was rejected. In fact, the last email from him stated that he would get back to me if there were any further questions. But upon logging into the website today, I see that the shop is listed as 'Completed - Invalid'. So I fully assume that means I won't be getting paid for it. I've emailed the QC guy for clarification and am curious as to his response. I just find it unbelievable. I mean the employees I interacted with were men, not women. And it was in a shoe store that would obviously have camera footage to verify. Oh well, I guess they'll be getting the axe on my spreadsheet. I can't work for a company like that.
