Ellis question on profile confusion

I hope this doesn't sound too dumb, but there is a question on the Ellis profile form that I don't understand. it says: Please describe in 5 sentences your last customer service experience.:. Are they talking about my experience with customer service or my experience on a shop?

They are largely looking for a writing sample. Ellis reports tend to be narrative-heavy and they would be doing a potential shopper, their clients, and themselves a disservice if they didn't verify that all their shoppers could write coherent sentences before assigning shops to them.
