SecretShopper contact info?

Good morning, all.

I am trying to sign into my SecretShopper account, and getting an error message that says, "your current status doesn't allow you to log in. Please contact support if you think this is an error."

I have never shopped for this company before, but completed all of the tests, etc, and got assigned a shopper number. I have re-set my password 4 times now with no change. When I finally found and clicked on the "contact us/support" link, it goes to a page that says, "Page not found, sorry about that. Click here to return to Home page." I have tried using both Chrome and Safari, and have cleared cookies and cache on my computer.

I can't find a phone number or email address anywhere on their site for support. Does anyone have any info so I can contact them to be able log in? There are several shops of theirs that I could easily fit into a route, but can't get past this part.

I am not sure if you have found an email or phone number yet since you posted this yesterday but, this is email I have for them: coordinator@secretshopper.com. There is a phone number on their front page in blue at the top of the page on the left-hand side of the page.

I also had the same issue. I even called them and they helped me change my password after I changed it a few times prior to calling. But, still, as of today, I can't log in. I've been having this same problem for a few months since they got their new website. I gave up a couple of months ago. I hope you have better luck.

I've had no luck getting through on the phone number, so I'll try the email. I have basically given up also, but there is a bonused shop for them that us due today that I could fit into today's route, but I can't request the assignment. sad smiley
Did you ever reach someone? Did you get scheduled for the job?

Have you tried downloading their app onto your smartphone, if you have one? When things were quirky for me with them a few months back, using the phone app was the ONLY way I could get into the site! Things sort of straightened out after a couple of months with using the desktop site. But if you can get the phone app, while you are waiting for the other stuff to fix itself, that may be your best option. I agree, since they changed their site, things work sort of quirkily!
That's the one I've been using since they changed their website, too. But for a while, the only way I could see any shops at all was to check their app on my smartphone. The desktop site would just show me a blank screen with NO shops when I would check using the desktop site. Then, after about 2 months, it just cleared up. Go figure!!

I had tried the "validate data" site with no luck, and also their app. I sent a message on their Facebook page, and also emailed a coordinator. All is set now, and I can log in. I was told in the email that I had "requested my account be deactivated last year" which was sort of interesting to me as I only started shopping in October of this year. But they re-activated it, and I was able to log in and complete my profile, and search for jobs. I am actually on a 3 day weekend in a city a couple of hundred miles from my home now doing 4 high dollar shops here for a different company, so I didn't apply for any shops for them, but I will starting next week.
