I've had one unpleasant experience with this company since signing up almost a year ago. The scheduler didn't like my evaluation because I didn't have enough comments. Other than that, I like this company a lot. The pay is decent and they pay on time.
If there is an error in the original post, this would explain why I did not see them on the list below. I do see a Consumer Perspectives. Does anyone know, is this post actually about "Consumer Perspetives"?

Love doing their local credit union shops - $28 for a combo teller and service rep. Payment around the 10th for previous month's shops.

They have always been great. I haven't done much with them lately because they haven't had the higher paying jobs I used to do with them but I never had issues. I am such an editing kook though that my narratives are always just about ready to go with minimal editing...really have to follow the instructions to provide the information they need for the client then you don't have issues.
This is one of my favorite companies. They seem to really appreciate the service that we provide.

I had problem with them to. Scheduling info was unclear. Mistakes were made scheduler deleted me from system. But at least I was paid for shops I did.
I did a shop for them in December, it was actually one of my better experiences. They were easy to schedule with, the report was easy enough, I got paid promptly, and I even ended up switching to the product whose rep I was assigned to shop.

EDIT: I cannot speak for the OP, however, I am referring to Customer Perspectives. I have worked for both them and Measure Consumer Perspectives. Easy enough to get the names confused, but they are both active companies.

Thank you for clarifying that. Do you have any idea why Customer Perspectives is not on the list of Mystery Shopping companies here?

Just a friendly reminder that many shoppers confuse Customer Perspectives with another company, Consumer Perspectives.
