Never. I like the shops that I do, and they are always bonused.

I certainly wish their base fees were higher, but I don't find the reports hard at all once you've done a bunch. I used to hate the sentence requirement for each section, but now I just think in my head "How do I report on this in 5 to 8 sentences?" and I write accordingly and it goes quite fast. And of course I check the yes/no sections to make sure I've addressed any "no"s in the narrative. Now I rarely get any questions from their editors.

They do not offer bonuses where I shop (NY/PA). If I like the restaurants, I will do it. This month it's pretty limited, mostly the place with a day of the week.
Nope. Accommodating schedulers in the 3 areas that I shop the most. I use their hotel shops to accumulate a ton of rewards points, and I enjoy 90% of the hotels and associated meals. (I now have a very short list of hotels that I will not do again.). I used their lunch shops to pair with nearby parking shops, so I get lunch (for an easy report) on a long day of garage shops, just by walking a couple of blocks.

I mostly do only those shops that are profitable and are not reimbursement-only. Fortunately for me, ACL now has quite a few shops in my area that offer fees and sometimes bonuses. (I stopped working for them for a while when that was not the case.)

My biggest issue with them is still their high scheduler turnover rate. It makes sense, though. ACL does not compensate their schedulers adequately.
I used to do them regularly, but one of the nicest schedulers left, and her replacement is rather surly. This MSC doesn't have shops I'm interested in enough to expose myself to that.
Actually, not as many schedulers have left lately as you may think; they have just been rotated to different areas of assignment. (One of their best, Jess H, took a few months off to finish her schooling and is back! Great happiness about that.) Because I shops territories that have at least 5 different schedulers (DC, Central MD, Baltimore, Northern VA, Annapolis, all have different schedulers and are within 45 minutes of my home) within my easy shopping area, I have a front row seat to the "stirring" of schedulers among territories. If you mainly shop an area that has fewer shops and you do not cross scheduler "boundaries" frequently, you may be unaware that your "disappeared" former scheduler is now just assigned to a different territory. Also, I have met many of their schedulers at IMSC conferences so I know that they have been with ACL for quite some time. (At lest 15 were at the Atlanta conference for a special recognition of a retiring founder.)

They have the dreaded pizza client all over the areas that I shop. I do not do those, but pretty much get what I want, subject to rotation, from ACL.

The pizza client was being shopped in my area this weekend but so far no 2019 pizza jobs have been posted -- which could mean absolutely nothing if whoever orders and/or inputs them is simply off until later this week.
It is quite common for clients not to release January shops to the schedulers until later than usual. Client staff take holidays off, too.

I didn't know Jess was back!

They have a build your own pizza shop that I really enjoy but there are none listed for Jan. I hope these shops are not gone.
Pizza shops are coming later. They are not gone (per my scheduler). I figured that I would post, so it helps out everyone.
ACL and I are on the out's, my memory deserts me on why since I worked for them years ago and then nothing. They do hold a grudge as they will not reinstate me, however, they never had anything close enough for me to work for their fee's, so I moved on and so did they. They were in my humble opinion a so-so company and pizza jobs are not in my life.

Live consciously....
My New Year's resolution is not to do any more mid class restaurant shops (below $100) unless they pay a fee over $10 or $15. ACL fits right here. Their schedulers fill my cell phone with texts and even calls me. I will just flatly refused them. Their reimbursements are much too low for the order requirements, their reports are too long and repetitive, and their editors ask the same questions that are already answered on the report. Waste of time. Not worth the effort.

Glad to hear several of you heard the pizza shops are not gone. I purchased more gift cards this year than I would have because one of the schedulers told me they were having them again. Now I am getting worried as the days go by without those postings. I am not looking forward to all that pizza eating if I am not getting reimbursed. I do love their pizza but one or two gift cards would have been plenty.
We have a rather new scheduler that sends me endless job listings. Only one location on her usual list of 20 or so is any where near me. Another person who evidently thinks north and south California are near each other.

I literally get emails from LA, OC, SD and the Inland Empire from ACL.

One of the new schedulers ends her emails, “Go Team!” Am I in junior high again? Wtf?

@SoCalMama thanks for info on pizza shops

No problem. I'm in the same boat as sandyf - I bought $100 worth of gift cards in December.
My favorite ACL scheduler left the company. Her replacement, who was pretty good, also left the company. I knew they left because they told me before they did. The current replacement is unpleasant and not very helpful. I plan to avoid her shops and hope she, too, leaves.
You eat that much pizza? What was the benefit of the gift cards?

Honny, we can use the gift cards to pay when we shop the pizza client and the client gives us a voucher for one free pizza for every $25 gift card we buy...so $100 in gift cards gets you 4 free pizzas you can use when not on a shop or for a guest when taking a friend along on a shop. Too late now, that deal is over Dec 31.
