In my area, they start at $30, I wouldn't do more than one if it is your first time doing apartment shops and/or your first shop with them. Expect to spend at least an hour on your first report with them - they do get easier once you get used to the forms and I can knock them out in about 40 minutes. Ellis treated me very well last year LOL
Personally, I wouldn't do an apartment shop for less than $30 due to the reporting time, I think the fee might also vary depending on your location
I do a lot of work for Ellis... A lot... Expect the report for the first one you do for them to take about two hours. With practice, you should be able to get it under an hour. $50 is my bare minimum for these. However, lately, I have been turning them down at $60.

Reports become easier after you’ve done a few. Like MFJohnson said, plan for a couple hours at first, but they can be finished in under an hour once you get used to them. The base pay varies by state from $25 to $40, with $10 extra for audio recorded shops. Video shops generally start at $50. I would recommend starting with an “Anyone” shop rather than targeted. I believe you have to complete a certain number of shops before you can get a video shop, but I don’t recall the number. It’s on their website.
I self-assigned two this morning. Both were $40. Neither had targets, and one was a recorded call. Neither were video.
