CSE easy to reschedule?

This is a new-to-me MSC, and I am in one of the many cities facing a big snowfall this weekend. Does anyone have experience dealing with CSE? I sent a proactive email this morning (trying to communicate before the weekend) inquiring about what I should do if weather prohibits me from shopping as scheduled. No reply. I'm hoping I can get it done, but if I can't get out on the roads, are they likely to write me off as a shopper for them?

They are very reasonable and will understand weather related issues. I don't think they work weekends.

To add to what Honny said.... any MSC whose schedulers do not put your safety first are just not worth your time at any time of the year.

My policy is that if schools near home or along the way to the shop, are closed for poor driving conditions, I stay off the roads. For a weekend with significant snow or ice, assume that schools would close. In my area, many public facilities, entertainment venues, and civic and religious venues cancel activities, which I equate with school closings for weekend travel.

Thanks for your input. The snow ended early enough that the main roads are clear now. Crisis averted! (But still waiting on that email reply...)
Well, I didn't have trouble driving to the airport, but apparently plenty of airport employees did. The poor guy filling in at the boutique purse store knew nothing about them. He had to make phone calls moving people all around to cover for breaks. Also, he was working two stores at once and had to keep darting across the hall everytime someone entered that store.
Oh my! Adventures in MS !
