Marketforce January payment??

That happened at least one other time in the last three months. It is weird, but not unprecedented.

Yes I am able to see the home page. I know what it says about when payments will be made. Just thought it weird that my payment showed one day and the next day it was no longer showing. In the 5 years I have done shops for them, never seen it happen.

Same here. It showed my payment and the amount posted matches what my figures are. Then poof, it disappeared and hasn't shown up again. I have no worries about getting paid, just think their system has gotten fouled up the past few months. Last month, it took 6 days for my payment to show up in my bank account after MF showed it paid. I did payroll for a major company for years so I know that there is always a lag, but 6 days puzzles me.
I contacted support about it. We'll see what happens.
Please let us know when and if you find anything out.
MarketForce got back to me. They will not be paying until the 18th; accounting posted the payment prematurely. For most of us, this means that the DD will not show up until the 21st-22nd.
Interesting, second time that has occurred. 21st is a bank holiday, so DD will not likely post till 23rd. Oh well!
" We greatly apologize for the error in posting the payment date. The payments will go out on 1/18, this Friday.
If you do not see your payment by early next week, let us know in case your bank was late in posting due to the weekend."

Not yet. The pay details say it was mailed on the 17th. I’m in California.

I'm still waiting on my paper check.
I haven’t gotten my check yet either and it says it was mailed on the 17th. I emailed them and did not get a response,

Not in today’s mail. I’m not too worried. I don’t think the date on their website is actually the date it was mailed. Probably the date the check was written or the date it went to payroll.
I received my paper check in today's mail, so hang in there, I'm sure it will be arriving shortly.

I received my check today too in WA.

Don't worry, I'm sure all paper checks will be received. I was paid by paper check for years, and when I signed up for direct deposit, I got the deposit about 10 days before I had been receiving the check. Since deposits were later this month, I'm guessing the checks weren't mailed until after all deposits were credited. I wouldn't worry.
I am not worried. I'm just broke, and need the money to complete my shops.
Same here. I had already signed up forDD but they had accounting problems and could not process new DD this month.
Have you got a response from MF yet?
I also received my check in California on Jan 26th. The postmark is January 21st even though their website said the check was "mailed" on the 17th.
Got mine today! I sure hope it goes by DD next month!

Has anyone else not received their DD payment yet? Its on the site as 1/18 but hasnt been deposited yet for me. Anyone else?
Got my paper check in the mail today. Jgoodwin, I sure would e-mail them -- or check with your bank.

Jgoodwin, are you in Canada? I have not gotten my DD yet for January, and the Help Desk said that no DD for Canadian Shoppers have posted, due to some new Banking Regulations in Canada.
