Go to the home page for Reality Based. At the bottom right, there is a yellow "Contact Us" button with an envelope on it. If you use this, you should receive a response quickly.
Be sure and provide to them what the scheduler said when you contacted her about the location being closed. All their guidelines say "Remember If you have any questions or if something odd happens during your shop, please contact your scheduler as soon as possible and before completing the SASSIE survey. Failure to
follow the Guidelines will affect you obtaining future assignments and possibly pay for shop."
